• We do not record your IP address or browser identifier for this form.
• Only signed-in editorial staff can decrypt and read submissions.
• Any file you attach is stored on a private server disk that is never web-accessible.
• We recommend using a personal device and network you trust, and avoiding including your name unless you want to be contacted.
